Left over brisket for Tacos!

Y’all this past weekend was crazy, can’t believe I celebrated my third mother’s day, where has the time gone?? Garett smoked a brisket all day Sunday for us to eat that night! And we had so much of it we needed to make something else!  Monday we had no power from the storm for almost 5-6 hours.  So We had to get take out and i wasn’t able to cook. Keeping Kynzi entertained was definitely a challenge but we had so much fun!! But enough about that! Here is the brisket taco recipe!

Brisket Tacos: 

(Left overs from Sunday) 



Ingredients: 

Left over brisket
Tortillas
Cheese
Onion
Jalapeño 
Cilantro
Slaw 
Avocado
BBQ sauce 

Directions: 
1. Chop up your left over brisket and heat back up in the microwave or on the stove. 
2. Shred your cheese, chop onion, jalapeño and avocado, mix your package of slaw in bowl. 
3. Heat up your tortilla, place shredded cheese then add your brisket and all the toppings and top off with cilantro and bbq sauce! 
4. Enjoy these left over tacos!
