This was a low carb mean that we will definitely eat again!! It was super easy to throw together too!!
Ingredients:
- Pack of Sausage (I used hatch HEB brand of sausage- had 5 links in it)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- Half of a White Onion
- Cajan Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Packs of Frozen Cauliflower rice
- Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Cut up half an onion, the red and green bell pepper. In your skillet, place in some olive oil to sauté your veggie.
2. Cut up your sausage, throw that in the pan and let brown on each side.
3. Once sausage is browned, add in two bags of cauliflower rice, let warm & serve.
4. Enjoy!
