Egg Roll In A Bowl

 


Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground pork

- Half head of Green Cabbage

- Hald head of Red Cabbage

- Carrots (how ever much you would like)

- Green onions & to garnish

- Sesame Seeds (garnish)\

- Soy Sauce

- 3 garlic cloves

- Fresh ginger (I used ground in this one- either works)

- Olive Oil


Directions: 

1. Grab your wok, and place a little olive oil in with the chopped up garlic and ginger. 

2. Add in your ground pork and cook until brown. 

3. Add in salt & pepper, soy sauce, stir. 

4. Add in cabbage and carrots, cook until your liking. 

5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

6. Enjoy!


(we add siracha, and chili sauce on top of ours to make it spicy!)
