It's Italian night in the Isom household! We haven't made these before, but it was so easy and they were so good! You would think that they aren't very filling but they sure were!

Ingredients:
- 1lb of ground chicken
- 4 zucchini's (you will cut in half)
- 1 can of tomato sauce or 16oz can
- half an onion
- salt & pepper
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese (I get the block and just grate what I need)
- Mozzerella cheese (I get the block and just grate what I need)
- Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Get skillet ready for the ground chicken, add a little bit of oil and onion, place chicken in and cook until it's not pink, add in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2. Add in tomato sauce to ground chicken, season to your desire. Add in a 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Simmer on low while you get the rest of the items ready. You want the sauce to coat the ground chicken, not runny and not to thick, add more sauce if needed.
3. Set oven to 400 degrees, Wash zucchini and cut in half, spoon out the middles. Place in baking dish.
4. Once the zucchini are in the baking dish, spoon out your chicken/sauce mixture and place in the middle of zucchinis.
5. Top with parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
7. Enjoy!
