Sesame Pork & Green Beans!

Happy Thursday y'all, it sure has been a dayyyy!!! Hope y'all enjoy this, it turned out so good!!

Ingredients:

- Boneless Pork Chops

- Green Beans

- Sesame Seeds

- Salt & Pepper

- Garlic Powder

- Corn Starch

- Olive Oil

Sauce:

- Soy Sauce (2/3 Cup)

- Sesame Sauce (3 tablespoons)

- Ginger (fresh or ground)

- Garlic (3-4 Cloves)

- Rice Wine Vinegar (1 tablespoon)

- Chili Sauce (as little or as much as you want)

Directions:

1. Grab the boneless pork chops, and cut them in strips or bite size pieces.

2. In your Wok and heat up a little olive oil. Place the cut up pork in, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Let cook for about 3 minutes and then stir. Filp around until pork is browned.

3. While that is cooking you can start making the sauce. Cut up Garlic cloves and ginger if you are using fresh. (I used ground ginger) add everything under "sauce" in a measuring cup and stir up!

4. Once pork is done, pour out any liquid, and add in your sauce. I added a little bit at a time, and sprinkled a little corn starch. This is what is going to make it thick & sticky like.

5. Add in your green beans let them cook down, add sesame seeds and stir. Add in a few more sesame seeds on top once done.

6. Enjoy!

XOXO!
