Quick Breakfast- Keto Friendly

Good Morning y'all, we have been up since 5:30am this morning. Kynzi woke up wanting her prayer bear, and then just started coughing away. UGHHH She has had RSV in the past and they haven't diagnosed her with Asthma, but it runs in the family and she always comes down with a cough if she is overly tired, has allergies or is getting sick. So we have been doing breathing treatments and all. She feels great, just has a cough :( ughh. She is a tough little cookie, but man am I tired!! 

Anyways, I wanted to share Garett & I's breakfast this morning. 

ITS SUPER EASY!!



Ingredients:

- 1 pack of breakfast sausage (we use HEB brand)

- 8 Eggs

- Tablespoon of butter

- Colby Jack cheese (grated)

- Hot Sauce

- Any toppings you want


Directions: 

1. Cook the sausage on the stove until cooked through and browned.

2. In a bowl crack your eggs and whip until frothy and bubbly. 

3. Add in butter to sausage, then pour your eggs in and stir until cooked. 

4. Top with cheese and serve with whatever toppings you have! This morning we did cilantro and hot sauce. 

5. Enjoy!
