jalapeño chicken
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs thin chicken breast
2 jalapeños (sliced)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp siracha
1 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp heavy cream
4-5 cloves of garlic chopped
2 tbsp ginger powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Chives
Directions:
1. Add sesame oil in pan, heat up and add chopped garlic and ginger powder. Stir around then add in soy sauce, siracha, lemon juice, salt, pepper, jalapeños.
2. Cut thin chicken breast into chunks and add in and stir.
3. Cover and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Take cover off and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Add in heavy cream and cream cheese and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Plate over rice and add fresh jalapeños and chives on top.
