Curry
Ingredients:
1 lbs of chicken
1 can of diced tomatoes
Yellow onion
4-5 cloves of garlic
4 tbs curry powder
3/4 plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Olive oil
Parsley for topping
Directions:
1. Cut up chicken in small pieces, add oil into on and cook chicken.
2. In another pan heat up a little more oil with onion and garlic. Cook until almost soft.
3. Stir in curry powder, salt, pepper, cayenne powder and diced tomatoes, turn down to low and stir.
4. Add in milk, greek yogurt. Keep stirring and keep low and add chicken.
5. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
6. Plate with rice and top with parsley.
7. Enjoy!!
