Beef Fajita Bowl:
Ingredients:
Beef fajita package (H-E-B brand if you have one)
1 can of black beans
Cheese
Shredded lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 white onion
3 jalapeños
2 avocados
1 red bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow red pepper
1 bag of cauliflower rice
Season salt
Salt and pepper
Cumin
1 lime
Olive oil
Hot sauce
Pico:
1. Chop up onion, 2 jalapeños, 2 tomatoes.
2. Mix all together, add a little salt and pepper and lime juice.
Guacamole:
1. Cut open 2 avacados and smash to your diaries texture
2. Add in a little season salt, lime juice and pico.
3. Mix and enjoy!
Directions:
1. Start grill up for fajita meat and grill for 8-10 minutes on each side.
2. Chop up all color bell peppers in thin slices and add to a pan with a little olive oil, cumin salt & pepper and sauté until desired texture.
3. Heat up black beans.
4. In a pan with a little olive oil add in cauliflower rice and cook until a little brown. Add in salt, pepper and a little cumin.
5. Once fajita meat is done cut up in thin pieces or chunks then start playing you bowl.
6. Add in your cauliflower rice, beans, meat, cheese. Then all your toppings like pico, guacamole, lettuce and hot sauce!
7. Eat and enjoy!
