Venison sloppy joes:
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs venison
1 green bell pepper
1/2 onion
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp Worcester sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp butter
Hamburger buns
Directions:
1. In pan Cook venison until cooked through. Drain fat.
2. Add in butter, garlic, onion, and green bell pepper. Cook for a little bit
3. Add in ketchup, dried mustard, Worcester sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper and water.
4. Simmer for 15-30 minutes. Add in additional seasonings if needed!
5. Toast your buns if desired, plate and enjoy!

-ground beef
-crush red pepper
-hot sauce
