Steak Roll-Ups

Steak Roll-ups:

Ingredients: 

2 Skirt steaks 
mrs dash garlic and herb seasoning
Chupacabra seasoning
Soy sauce
Balsamic vinegar 
4 chopped garlic cloves
Toothpicks
Onion
1 Yellow bell pepper 
1 Red bell pepper 

Directions
  1. Season steak with seasonings, rub into meat
  2. Splash a little soy sauce and balsamic vinegar on each side
  3. Sprinkle chopped garlic on each side
  4. Slice onion and bell peppers
  5. Cut skirt steak into 3-4 inch pieces 
  6. Place your desired amount of onion and peppers into meat 
  7. Roll meat up and place toothpicks to keep together 
  8. Grill on 300 for about 12-15 minutes, depending on how you like your meat done
  9. Take off grill, plate and enjoy! 

Other additional items or substitutes:
-zucchini 
-mushrooms 
-jalapeño
-flank steak or any type of thin steak
