Steak Roll-ups:
Ingredients:
2 Skirt steaks
mrs dash garlic and herb seasoning
Chupacabra seasoning
Soy sauce
Balsamic vinegar
4 chopped garlic cloves
Toothpicks
Onion
1 Yellow bell pepper
1 Red bell pepper
Directions:
- Season steak with seasonings, rub into meat
- Splash a little soy sauce and balsamic vinegar on each side
- Sprinkle chopped garlic on each side
- Slice onion and bell peppers
- Cut skirt steak into 3-4 inch pieces
- Place your desired amount of onion and peppers into meat
- Roll meat up and place toothpicks to keep together
- Grill on 300 for about 12-15 minutes, depending on how you like your meat done
- Take off grill, plate and enjoy!
