Chicken, Tomatoes, Spinach Spaghetti
Ingredients:
Package of thin spaghetti
1 can of diced tomatoes
A handful of Cherry tomatoes
1 bag of spinach
4-5 chopped up cloves of garlic
Parmesan cheese
Crushed red pepper flakes
4-5 thin chicken breast
Salt & pepper
Mrs dash garlic and Herb seasoning
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Heat up grill for chicken, fill pot up with water for noodles.
2. Season chicken with Mrs dash seasoning and salt and pepper.
3. Place chicken on grill, cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side and get water to a boil. Cook noodles until they are almost done.
4. Drain water and add noodles back to pot, add garlic, can tomatoes, fresh tomatoes and whole bag of spinach in with noodles with a little olive oil.
5. Let Spinach wilt down and mix all together, add a little bit of crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese.
6. Pull chicken off the grill and cut into pieces. Add to the pot and mix everything together.
7. Serve, top with more crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
