Lasagna Stuffed Spaghetti Squash

Lasagna stuffed spaghetti squash: 

Ingredients:

1 spaghetti squash
1 onion 
2 tsp chopped garlic 
1 tsp Italian seasoning 
1 tsp olive oil 
Salt & pepper 
1 16oz can of tomato sauce 
1 8oz can of diced tomatoes 
1 package of Italian sausage
Ricotta cheese
Italian blend cheese
Parmesan cheese 


Directions: 


  1. Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Place face up on baking sheet,  brush with olive oil and add salt and pepper. Cook for 30 mins on 400. 
  2. In a pot add in olive oil with onion and garlic. Cook for about 3-5 minutes then add Italian sausage. Cook until meat is brown. 
  3. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce into the meat. Add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Let simmer. 
  4. Pull spaghetti squash out and then place a layer of ricotta cheese, tomato sauce so on and so on. Add Italian cheese and parmesan on top. 
  5. Place it back in the oven until cheese is completely melted and bubbly. 
  6. Take out , cut in half again if desired and enjoy!
